Assist residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing and toileting when necessary.
Respond immediately to calls from patients for assistance or treatment and alert medical staff to pending emergency situations.
Encourage all residents to get exercise and participate in scheduled activities.

Duties & Responsibilities: -

Attend to the enquiries if necessary.
Speak to all the Nursing and the Nursing Assistant calls and aim for 50% of conversions.
Ensures that all the enquiries are responded.
Check for all the enquiries on a random basis.
Manage the PMS for all the nursing and the nursing assistant active clients.
